SNOW PLOWING ORDINANCE PROVISION:

1. No personal shall park on the south side of the street in the Business District every night during the period of November 1 of each year to April 1 of the following year from Midnight to 8AM

2. No person shall park a vehicle on the streets of the Borough during the period of November 1 of each year to April 1 of the following year on the day AFTER any snow storm of 4 inches or more or until such time as the street is plowed curb to curb or except as follows:

     A: On even numbered days, the south or west side of any highway

     B: On odd numbered days, the borth or east side of any highway

3. The snow emergency route will be incorporated under section 903 as the entire length of Patterson Street 

4. Any private snow plow operators shall not make any pules of snow in any location within the borough in excess of 5 feet in height nor shall piles be made within 20' feet of any intersection.
